After a twisting injury to my knee I lost significant muscle mass around the knee in the following 12months causing range of movement issues and debilitation. After a diagnosis of osteoarthritis, I began working with Nikki at Sunshine Coast Wellness. After 5 visits the strength in my leg and knee has greatly improved.
