Jon did a very professional installation of a new Taylex septic system, with excellent communication and engagement with us around how best to do the job. Very responsive to any questions we had and extremely practical and no-fuss dealing with any unforeseen issues.
John was extremely easy to deal with and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. From the initial phone call to install date was less than 2 months and they had the install done in 1 day. I Would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a new septic system.
Jon & his team went above & and beyond my expectations with the decommissioning & reinstatement of our new septic system. A very stressful situation was made easier with the communication & prompt service that Jon provided. I would highly recommend Sunshine coast waste water for servicing & installations. Update.... Highly recommend. Jon was very responsive to all my questions and got the job done with a great attitude. Jon did a drains clear and we discovered a broken pipe which was fixed and replaced without fuss. Great customer service and well priced. Highly recommend.
