The nurses where so beautiful, caring and so helpful, the dr a young girl called Amy was so nice, reassuring and caring, and made a bad situation not feel as bad and wanted to get me pain free, she is going to be a amazing doctor when fully qualified, thank you Amy for Monday 24th November from patient with supposed broken steel rod in spine.

We have had a few emergencies over the years and no matter how busy the ER has been the level of of professionalism and care has been excellent. I wish there were more stars I could select

Pretty embarrassing and disappointing that a main hospital emergency department takes as long as they do to churn through emergency walk-ins. Couldn't even imagine if we actually had an event happen on the coast, as they can't handle 40 people within a 6+ hour period for basic injuries or whatever.

Outstanding care from the very first minute. The team was consistently professional, attentive, and reassuring throughout. Dr Becker stitched up my finger with great skill and kindness. Huge thanks to the whole crew, much appreciated.
