Myself and a group from church stayed for two nights at the camp from the 11th to the 13th of July. The facility itself was clean and well maintained. The elderly gentleman who welcomed us in the dining area on the first day was especially warm and polite, which we really appreciated. However, our experience with the lady working in the pantry was not as pleasant. She came across as unkind. Good
I went here for my year six camp, the staff where all lovely and the cabins where nice but the mattresses and beds where not nice as they creaked if you moved. The food was really bad and let the camp down, there sweet food was so good but their savoury food was bad, on the first night we had roast chicken which was as hard as a rock, literally. The activities where amazing and the staff where really supportive with the activities. The giant swing and caving where really nice and where my favourite. the caves are really cool... read more
