After waiting on the phone today for 10 minutes to organise and appointment, I gave up. I figured if they are so short staffed that they can't even answer the phone in a reasonable time, they may well be short staffed elsewhere and that could be a catastrophe. Instead, I called Coastal Medical Imaging and they answered within 20 seconds!
