Would give zero stars. Very rude and dismissive staff. Couldn't care less that they are playing with people's lives when they take too long to approve rental applications. I was approved but by the time it took them (almost a month) I had already had to move much further away because my current lease had ended (the owners had moved in) which would have left me homeless whilst I waited to be approved for the new rental I know the staff couldn't care less about renters personally, but it's just not right that they treat vulner... read more
