Dr Rod is amazing, he is super patient with my Autistic son.
Bad service. 45 min wait! And expensive. Charged $600 for my daughter’s teeth check up with minimal clean and at the end we walked away with a colossal bill. On top of that we have to come back to get her baby teeth sealed for $800 but then the discounted to $650 for six teeth. And all they gave her was a print out picture for her to colour. Not even a sticker!!! Fml 🤦♀️ Will probably be looking at another place.
Practice was clean, staff where friendly, and the dentist was very thourough, however way to thourough and cautious for my liking. It was recomended that my 3yo shold have go under general and have multiple metal crowns (silver). It would have cost over 7k not to mention she'd have a metal mouth until she lost her baby teeth, we where very worried. Dr Rodd and his team are absolutely amazing. My 3 boys see Dr Rodd and have done so for the last few years. Our dental journey began when my 2nd son was referred to Dr Rodd. He immeaditely welcomed us with such warmth and care. We left our first visit with no uneasy feelings everything we spoke about made sense and he speaks to the parents in way you can easily understand without all the big medical terms that u end up having to goggle later.
