Very professional and helpful with non of the typical sales pressure. All the staff were very pleasant. Got a great deal. Would definitely buy of them and recommend.
Booked online, was confirmed, but when I arrived, not booked in. Thankfully, I was still able to get it done the same day. I see in a previous comment that this has happened before. Please, if you are going to continue having online booking, make sure it works! Otherwise all went well ☺️
I recently bought a car here and the car salesmen were lovely and I have no complaints about them. However, when I rang to book in my first service with them, I had to deal with the most rude, disinterested woman who was extremely unhelpful. Honestly, what a shame a receptionist has such poor manner. Perhaps Nissan need to find a new person. If I didn’t need to go here to keep my warranty, I would give this service centre a hard pass due to my experience with this person alone.
I have purchased 2 Brand new cars from this Nissan dealership. The most recent being a Navara. I called to book in my first 1000k service on 30/4/2025 and was told that I would have to wait 2 months as they are booked out. I explained it was the first service and important for both the checking of the vehicle and for the log book that it was done sooner than that. Liam the supposed service manager , is incredibly unprofessional! Multiple emails and phone calls to discuss an incident that happened. And no return correspondence returned . No longer will I be a customer to Maroochydore Nissan .
