OMG Nathan you were amazing already posted but he was the best car sales person (other than my partner who used to sell cars) no pushy pushy but just answered questions without even hesitating and to think we took the demo he was driving. Booked our Leaf in to have diagnosis of an issue with the battery fluctuating readings. Within a day the issue had been replicated and diagnosis with Nissan was happening. This week after following up I was advised the battery and vehicle would need to go to Brisbane and I would get a loan vehicle while the battery was fixed. I made enquiries on Carsales. I received a text saying the car was at Nissan Maroochydore. I arrived at the dealers at 8pm when they opened.. They said the car was moved to Caloundra yesterday. I then received a call from Nissan Sunco Motors, they said the car had Never been at Maroochydore, it had always been at Caloundra, about 25k away and as there was a mix up they would bring the car to Maroochydore. As a non-customer from North Qld, I dropped into Sunshine Coast Nissan with a query about my 2018 Navara. Although I did not have an appointment, the service manager made the time to check out my query and was able to reassure me that my drive back to the Whitsundays would not create further problems for me. All staff were friendly and professional. and I was impressed by the cleanliness and presentation of the premises.
Absolutely exceptional service from Robbie Meyers. Robbie truly went above and beyond to help my fiancé and I purchase our Nissan X-Trail. Unlike many other car salespeople, he was incredibly patient, took the time to answer every question we had, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. The whole process was smooth and stress-free thanks to him. We wouldn’t go with any other salesperson and highly recommend Robbie to anyone looking to buy a car.
