Rang service to enquire re oil & filter change for transmission CVT on Xtrail.. If your service and spare parts don’t know and haven’t been asked this before you are crap.. Nissan dealer!!!!!took 10 minutes on hold to ask a mechanic then I asked how much per hour labour and he just leaves me without a word.presumably to go ask mechanic again but didn’t say I’ll be back in a minute..just put the phone down as did I. OMG Nathan you were amazing already posted but he was the best car sales person (other than my partner who used to sell cars) no pushy pushy but just answered questions without even hesitating and to think we took the demo he was driving. Love this car so so much. Never thought a Nissan would be so awesome.
Booked our Leaf in to have diagnosis of an issue with the battery fluctuating readings. Within a day the issue had been replicated and diagnosis with Nissan was happening. This week after following up I was advised the battery and vehicle would need to go to Brisbane and I would get a loan vehicle while the battery was fixed. I followed up again yesterday and got no response so called this morning and was advised that the service manager would contact me. I made enquiries on Carsales. I received a text saying the car was at Nissan Maroochydore. I arrived at the dealers at 8pm when they opened.. They said the car was moved to Caloundra yesterday. I then received a call from Nissan Sunco Motors, they said the car had Never been at Maroochydore, it had always been at Caloundra, about 25k away and as there was a mix up they would bring the car to Maroochydore.
