Bought an $8000 ride on 12 months ago. It shot 1.5 metre flames out of the exhaust - no backfire noise with my son sitting on the machine - the seat over a tank of petrol. Told they cant find what caused it and I should take it back and see if it does it again. And hope we can jump off it in time. Im 63 one knee replacement. Known fault worldwide in JD 100 series including my S130. Trespass by store to return it on the sly left it blocking my driveway when told to leave. ⭐☆☆☆☆ I purchased a clutch spring for my mower and politely asked an employee named Sam if he could help me install it. I explained that I needed to get back quickly to finish a job that I had to stop halfway through because the clutch spring had broken. Sam told me they were too busy to help. While I understand that staff can be busy, what disappointed me was the complete lack of willingness to assist in any way. These guys at Kawana refuse to book a mower in for service unless the mower is at the store. That is, you cannot book in advance. Then they want to have it sit there waiting for 3 weeks to be serviced. The grass will be 3 feet high by the time they do the service. Will take it to Nth Brisbane instead and will make sure I don't go back for servicing or future purchases.
