I had a very disappointing experience with Sunshine Coast Mowers Kawana. I contacted them regarding a Honda hedge trimmer advertised on Facebook Marketplace. We agreed on a price of $250, and I specifically asked if the item could be held for me. I was clearly told that it would be set aside until after Christmas. Buyer Beware > I Bought a Brand New John Deere S120, it got delivered full of scratches with 2.5 hours on it. Was not happy, looked like a 2nd hand one, but they swapped it for another new one. I'm a massive supporter of Sunshine Coast Mowers, typically their experience is always 5 stars, as i have bought plenty from their Caloundra Store, but this store definately wasn't the same experience and standard. Callum was excellent to deal with, super knowledgable on the products and was helpful.
Do not use these guys. Rude & rip off. Told us out generator which we purchased there about 2 months prior & had used once and had a miss so returned back to store & was told needed carby kit at our expense & we should be using 95 octane fuel. Picked up and ran the fuel recommended & still had same issue Took it back & charged again for a set ice that wasn't required or requested.
