Whoever my parents spoke to over the phone today was rude and condescending. They put through a order a month ago then to be told rudely that that it was their fault they never ordered anything. He took over 20min to make it a point that it was our fault and to actually just do the order itself when it was a simple cable. Wouldnt recommend this business if you've got other options
