I'm sorry you take it seriously I have already reached out to you guys all I was your supervisor reach out couldn't keep his word still waiting for his callback which has been about 3months since he said he would call. If you need help, this is definitely not the place to find it. The staff are useless and their psych's are just as bad. Stay far away for your own mental health.
Don't discount the negative reviews as just patients with an axe to grind. The treatment here is dangerous because of a few selfish and deceptive bad actors that bring down the efforts of others who actually care about doing their job well and treating vulnerable people with dignity There is a well-known rude person in reception/intake staff who thinks it’s fine to shift the blame onto patients for their own mistakes because they know patients are vulnerable and easily stigmatised.
