I rang up as I’m chasing a Toyota hiace van after ringing people for hours. Ring Mazda Maroochydore to see if there was any trade ins that would suit what I was after . I asked to talk with the manager to explain the problem. One person at the front said I can’t talk with the the service manager . I came to replace the pads and now I’m here for 4th time waiting for my car. I miss many hours to my work , I came to replace the pads of 2 brakes and ends replacing the calliper of 2 wheels, pads, oil , and spend 500 in service , 450 in pads, 780 in one calliper and 400 in the second calliper and now waiting for 2 hours to fix the oil brake disten because have air in the sistem. Gave them a vehicle for a cruise control fault for 3 weeks. They replaced a wiring harness, sent me a message saying the vehicle was ready to pick up. Arrived and they said the aftermarket bullbar indicator is the cause for the cruise control fault, so I had it replaced within 10mins and the fault still remained and they are now saying it is a aftermarket issue. 3 weeks worth of time for a work ute. I bought a car from Mazda Maroochydore last year, and I found everyone to be so helpful right from the sales person and beyond. The friendly service didn’t stop beyond the purchase either! I have had to go in a couple of times since, and have always received super friendly and helpful service. You may think it is just to get you to sign on the line, but honestly, it continues thereafter. Really happy and impressed.
