Service centre had problems getting my car completed on time. Took an extra 2 hours and I was understanding of that but didn’t get an apology or at least a thank you for being patient when I picked it up. Has a list of things that needed to be done as they hadn’t the parts. Haven’t checked all out but one was a new battery. So I didn’t want to wait in case of a breakdown away from home, so I immediately went to a battery provider and after testing it twice, told me I had a perfectly healthy battery. My sister and I purchased a used cx9 as a surprise for our mum about 3 weeks ish ago. We could not be happier with the service in sales from Matt, and the lady in finance (so sorry I’ve forgotten your name), both were amazing and so friendly. Matt had everything sorted and ready for us to pickup the car the next day. Safe to say mum absolutely loves the car and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you 🙏
