I usually enjoy excellent service with all aspects of our car servicing but I did have cause to complain to your service receptionist about the fact that the floor both sides had clearly not been vacuumed and on his inspection he photographed as evidence also the complimentary body wash left much to be desired
I had my Mazda 3 in for a recall today. Victoria had dealt with me and was incredibly friendly and understanding. Especially when it came to organising me a lift to get to work on time. I can’t appreciate the team there enough for making the recall a quick and easy process.
I asked to talk with the manager to explain the problem. One person at the front said I can’t talk with the the service manager . I came to replace the pads and now I’m here for 4th time waiting for my car. I miss many hours to my work , I came to replace the pads of 2 brakes and ends replacing the calliper of 2 wheels, pads, oil , and spend 500 in service , 450 in pads, 780 in one calliper and 400 in the second calliper and now waiting for 2 hours to fix the oil brake disten because have air in the sistem.
