Chemo suites are never really a place you want to visit. But the staff and doctors here were lovely and caring.
The consultant is the most grounded specialist that I’ve seen over many years. He’s humble and precise with protocol that is working for me atm. The oncology nurses are nothing short of amazing. Their expertise and compassion help to make a confronting experience less scary. They answer questions that one would usually ask a consultant. Many have been in oncology for many years and they are generous in sharing their expertise.
Excellent service and caring efficient staff. The treatment area feels spacious, with good views, reclining chairs, so it is as comfortable as can be
I had the privilege of being looked after by RN Kristy and Dr Sorab Shavaksha for an Iron infusion. Thankyou Kristy for your kindness, compassion and care. You are an exceptional Nurse and very good at what you do. The whole experience for me was 5 star, from Reception, Nurses,Doctor, the beautiful facility. Thankyou so much.
I could not possibly speak highly enough about the standard of treatment I received recently at this clinic. You were always greeted with a smile from the reception and nursing staff whose qualifications and care were top class. Having oncology treatment is an unpleasant experience but when you are looked after in the caring and professional manner that I was by the nurses and doctors at SCHOC, it makes the journey a lot easier. Thank you to Sorab, nurses and receptionists.....I owe you a lot.
