I arrived for my car service today, which I booked over four weeks ago. I specifically requested a courtesy car to drop off and pick up my kids from school. Despite the long wait for a vehicle—only one was available—I arrived at the scheduled time of 7:30 AM this morning. I was then told I couldn't receive a car today and must wait for the manager to arrive and allocate one to me. same trash experience every time i get my car serviced here. always longer than the time they promise you by an hour or more, basically begged the guy to call me half hour before service was done and even though i was in the shop and they didn't know i was there, never rang. guy walked over sheepishly at the end because he knew they had trash service. I just want to say, maroochydore GWM is hands down the best dealership I've ever delt with, I've been going there for a couple of years now, and the service and quality of work is second to none. I've met every person that works there and they are all so wonderful and kind, it has a real family orientated vibe. James and the service department have gone above and beyond their duties to help me on a number of occasions.
