My experiences with Dr Gupta over the past 9years caring for my husbands gastrointestinal issues have been excellent. All procedures done with much care from the first consultation to the follow up. His professional manner and communications to be admired. I have no hesitation in recommending Dr Gupta.
Over the past four years, my wife, Ann, has had several procedures undertaken by Dr Vikas Gupta. She has always spoken very highly of him: his professional, caring manner, advice and most importantly correcting the health problems she has experienced. She certainly holds him in high regards.
Great service from initial communication to consultation, procedure and after care. I could not have asked for better care.
Recently, my husband and I were seen by Dr Vikas Gupta. We both found him caring and a very good communicator. Since then he has performed a colonoscopy and gastroscopy on me. The procedure was well handled and follow up was excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending his services.
Very unhelpful front end staff - ringing for an emergency appointment. Was told about the referral process when I asked if any of their doctors might have an appointment this week so I could change the current referral. There is a place for process and then there is just being helpful when there is a patient asking for help. Thanks for nothing.
