Very unhelpful front end staff - ringing for an emergency appointment. Was told about the referral process when I asked if any of their doctors might have an appointment this week so I could change the current referral. There is a place for process and then there is just being helpful when there is a patient asking for help. Thanks for nothing.
I cannot speak highly enough of Dr Lauren White who conducted Endoscopy and Colonoscopy procedures at Buderim Private hospital. Dr Lauren was extremely professional, caring, and compassionate. She showed empathy and understanding of my anxiety regarding the procedures and managed to allay my concerns before they took place. Recently I was admitted to the Sunshine Coast University Private Hospital to have an ERCP procedure performed by Dr Vikas Gupta. The doctor was very professional and took the time to discuss the procedure fully with me and answer my questions. The procedure was successful and before I was discharged Dr Gupta came down to check that I was okay and then followed up with a phone call three days later to check my recovery was going well.
