Great Customer Service. All went very smoothly!
A recent experience with the service repairs department was sub-standard and their customer service was appalling. We were left stranded twice and were massively out of pocket as a result of our dealings with them. Our Fiat motor home broke down at Coolum on Wed 16/3/22. It was towed to Sunshine Coast Fiat Professional (SCFP) where we were told that it would looked at next day or on Fri 18/3/22 but it wasn’t. The service and the friendly staff who attended our needs are outstanding. We used the complimenty transfer into town, and our driver was so friendly and suggested places to see while we waited for our vehicle to be ready, and then he collected us from town back to the dealer. Thank you Sunshine coast Fiat.

got ignored for 30 minutes ... there was only one other couple there , we were told someone was being sent out to see us , 30 minutes later , nothing. good job guys.
