Been coming here for 3 years to have the Ducati serviced. Have been a little dubious. But last week quoted a week to get parts and vehicle fixed. Pleasantly surprised that I picked my vehicle up in time as promised and just before Easter. Very Happy.
They had my Motorhome for 7 months for a repair. 7 months!! Thankfully I don’t live in it. The communication was appalling. I’d get a different story every time I called… We are waiting for parts from Italy, no those parts came in a week ago but they sent the wrong one, it’ll be ready by the end of the week, 3 weeks later we are still waiting for something else to occur. It was all over the shop! I know it took 2 months before they even contacted Fiat Australia about parts. One call to Fiat Aus from me had the part delivered... read more
Great Customer Service. All went very smoothly!
A recent experience with the service repairs department was sub-standard and their customer service was appalling. We were left stranded twice and were massively out of pocket as a result of our dealings with them. Our Fiat motor home broke down at Coolum on Wed 16/3/22. It was towed to Sunshine Coast Fiat Professional (SCFP) where we were told that it would looked at next day or on Fri 18/3/22 but it wasn’t.
