They replaced a rocker cover and notified us the vehicle was ready to collect in less than 4 business days. When my nephew arrived, he was told that the ABS was now not working at all (previously fine just stiff), causing a constant dash warning light, and if we book it in again... they could fix the issue. ’m really disappointed with my experience. I brought my car in for an oil leak, and after four separate visits and around $4,000 spent, the issue is still not fixed. What’s even more frustrating is the lack of communication. I’ve made multiple attempts to get in touch and arrange another inspection and repair, but I keep getting ignored. Each time I do manage to speak to someone, I’m told they’ll call back to organise a time — but that never happens. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! I had a booking for repair monday morning and got told to drop the car when shop openso I showed up at 7am as it saying on opening time. Mechanic showed up to open the shop at 8am ( 1 HOUR LATE)and when i asked are you not opening at 7am he reply “the owner is in holiday so I run the show and decide to open late. I BET THE OWNER WOULD BE SUPER HAPPY ABOUT THAT! Also ended up not knowing anything about my repair and told that he will chased it up during the day when the owner told me drop the car ... read more
