Ive heard great things about the Dentists who work here but theyre front desk staff need a serious attitude check.. Unfathomable lack of proffesionality and absolute disrespect for theyre clients, taking my buisness elsewhere strictly from the attitude and poor customer service skills of theyre front desk staff.. Its a shame like I said ive heard great things about the Dentists who work at Mid Coast, im sure of they checked theyre staffs customer service skills they would have a much larger clientele basis 🤷
