Person on the phone said a room was available and I told her I’d call her in 5 minutes. I called 7-8 times afterwards to go ahead with the booking and have received no response or answer. Called with another number and she picked up straight away. Very disappointed and unprofessional.
Highly recommend this motel for customer service. Sam was excellent, she was very caring & professional.
Sam is amazing, very helpful and caring. The staff go above and beyond, the rooms are clean and well equipped and the location is perfect. Our stay here has been great!
The staff there are amazing and have catered to my boats needs i have had the best experience staying there and highly recommend this place
