We had Sunshine Cleaning and Restoration treat a vey serious black mold infestation. They did an outstanding job. Pete Pantazopoulos, the owner, supervised the job personally. They were considerate and helpful while going through an extremely bad situation. I worked my way through college doing construction work and have been around construction and RE sales most of my life. Pete is the most knowledgeable technician of any type which I have found in this area. I highly recommend using Sunshine.
