Question everything they are doing there. – Today picked up laundry which the cost for a twin cotton blanket was $11.00 to wash and dry. After getting home, I opened second bag of laundry and it stunk to high heaven. Total charge for 4 pillowcases, a sheet, 1 queen comforter and 1 cotton lite weight blanket was $38.00 and the laundry stinks like it was never washed.
Alterations & Customer Service – I dropped off a sun dress for hemming based on a recommendation from a local person. The length was shortened and the stitching was on the outside and showed. When picked up, it was obvious the bobbin of the sewing machine was not set correctly because the stitching was uneven over the entire hem, plus the start and stop place of the stitching did not even match up.
