I had a very upsetting experience at this children’s clinic. Several staff members treated me and my family in a way that felt dismissive and unfair, and the whole situation left me extremely uncomfortable. Whether intentional or not, their behavior came across as discriminatory, and it’s not something any parent should have to deal with—especially in a place that’s supposed to care for children. I was out of town and my dad took my son to be treated. Ms. Hannah got him in and went the extra mile to call and allow me the opportunity to assist with his treatment plan. The staff is always so kind and welcoming.
When my son was an infant, he was admitted to the hospital & Dr. Vig was the dr on his floor. We had just moved to the area & hadn't a found a pediatrician. Dr. Vig was absolutely amazing & still is! We've tried other dr's- only because of the distance between where we live & her office - and we've always ended up going back to Dr. Vig & Sunshine Children's Clinic. I’ve had an GREAT EXPERIENCE every time my children go to Sunshine. From the front to the back of the clinic. The rudeness comes when some parents come in being rude cursing at the staff and demanding to be seen when they have wait the time out like others! I applaud Sunshine for al that they do in seeing EVERYONE
