It is unfortunate that Lelani Souza felt it inappropriate to expect payment for a job requested and cleaned same day. Before doing the job I discussed with Lelani that we would need to have payment once the job was complete. She indicated that she was not available to meet us at the job site and I indicated to her that we were going out of town the next day and would need payment before we left. Karen Wanted Me To Pay Without An Invoice? NO! I spoke with Karen (the owner of Sunshine Carpet Cleaners) and hired them to do a carpet cleaning on a vacant house. Since I wasn't going to be there, she offered to e-mail me the invoice as soon as the job was done (then call me to let me know she sent it) so I could sign it right away and email it back with my signature and credit card authorization. Well, she never did call me or e-mail me as agreed. I called her the next day and asked for the invoice and she told me she put ... read more
Mrs. I was thoroughly impressed with the next day service I received! They were super friendly and the owner went over my carpet 3 times, as it is very old and stained. It looks the best it has ever looked after being cleaned! I would recommend this company to everyone!
