Honestly loved this car wash (until today)...have been going since I could drive! ... and now I will never go back =( Today my car came out of the car wash with my windshield cracked! After reporting it to the worker, he took my number and said his manager would call. He did and said there is nothing he can do because he looked at the cameras and I had chips in my windshield ON THE PASSENGER side prior to going in for the wash.
