I hope the ownership sees this because today you lost three loyal customers over one situation that could have been handled properly. A customer cut the line, and unfortunately the staff didn’t know how to manage it fairly or professionally. As a business owner myself, I would rather value the customers who patiently wait their turn and support the business regularly than reward someone acting entitled. I’m honestly extremely disappointed. I always come here for a regular wash and today I decided to pay extra for a mini detailing thinking my car would actually look CLEAN. I paid $70 and my car looked exactly the same as when I get the regular wash. The inside was still dirty, they spent barely any time on it, and it honestly felt rushed from the beginning. They’re usually nice, but today was honestly unacceptable. I had my grill light in the back door compartment of my truck, and while one of the workers opened the door, I heard something fall hard onto the ground. At first, I thought it was just the license plate, but later I noticed half of my grill light sitting on the seat. When I checked, it was completely broken in half.
