Enquired about a motorhome to hire and asked if we could view beforehand and received a response 17.2.25 that said “sorry all our motorhomes are no longer available you could try camplify or Apollo, Maui down brisbane way”. Would be great if they updated their website, is it still operational as google shows open tomorrow 9am-3pm?

I understand business and I am not one for giving business a bad name but there ia a line, a comon sens line where business has to be acountable for its customer service attitude and the basics of how you sell your business.We were trying to book one of the 6 berth mothorhome for 2 weeks and been refused service because we want to take it to Melbourn. She did not want to give us any information and had a very bad phone manner. This company doesnt make their restrictions clear. I rather pay more for up front honest business. ... read more

The Van was not properly cleaned and in poor condition. No engine problems but there were many smaller issues, it was really not fit for rental. I would avoid hiring from them again…. We rented the Hitop Hiace for just over a week around Christmas. When we picked up the van we inspected it externally, unfortunately we did not inspect the inside too carefully. Before we drove off we realised the back door would not open. The staff spent 10mins trying to open it, by luck it eventually opened and they oiled the rusted mechanism... read more

We rented the Noosa 5 for a week. The van was clean but from a maintenance perspective generally in poor condition. The awning was broken so we were given a portable gazebo, which was a pain to erect at each location. The TV didn't work, so we spent a fair amount of time trying to find out what was wrong. We worked out that it was the aerial cable. Then we had to try too find a replacement which wasted another hour of our time going to 4 different shops.
