Solomon from Sunland was fantastic. He really took his time evaluating my home and what it specifically needed. What I found most commendable is he doesn’t upsell. I came into the meeting under the assumption a more costly expense was needed. I would have been an easy sell. But Solomon advised on a course much more affordable and better suited for my home. Much appreciated!

Sunshine worked with me to utilize the CA bolt and brace program that gives grants to retrofit older homes in case of an earthquake. They were fantastic to work with from start to finish. Everyone on the team was kind and professional. They did a great job securing my house to its foundation and then did everything with the state to insure I received the grant money. I highly recommend them!

What a great experience from start to finish. I got 4 quotes and sunshine stood out the most. Price was fair, Lee my inspector was the most knowledgeable out of anyone company that stepped foot on my property. My home is now leveled and retrofitted. I wish they service kitchens.
