Sunshine team is amazing! I got my appointment scheduled in less than 5 minutes. At the time of the inspection, Solomon was there and walked me through the whole process and explained every single detail very thoroughly. Sunshine Foundation Repairs (and Jonathan especially) is the most honest, fast, and through company out there. We have an inspection report that came back a little iffy. They came out in 24 hours, gave us real honest feedback based on pictures, facts, and experience. They turned around a report the next day with a fair, honest, and accurate bid. Can't recommend them enough.
The folks at Sunshine were such a pleasure to work with from the very beginning. We hired them to do a seismic retrofit and some foundation repairs (with a grant from California's Earthquake Brace + Bolt program). Solomon and his team were incredibly knowledgeable about the EBB process, so every single step was handled with care and attention. The work was completed quickly and at a competitive rate, but not at the expense of quality. We’d recommend them in a heartbeat!
