Every appointment with Dr Milone I had to wait a minimum of 25 minutes sometimes an hour. Today I called and let the receptionist know I was running 10 minutes lates. I had booked the first appointment so I could get back to work on time. One of the white female receptionist was very rude to us when we get there. We were new patients there and we are holding NZ Citizenship so don't have any kind of medicare number or so.She didn't even ask the reasons why we don't have it or what is happening.She just returned the enrollment form to me harshly and said I need to verify the identity blablablabla.She might think that we can't pay the bills or something IDK.I've never experienced a racist receptionist before in any kind of GP. Staff are very friendly and doctors are fantastic. Always clean and never a long wait. The car park is kind of small but it’s close enough to other car parks and public transport for that not to really be an issue
