Bought a nail grinding machine, 1 week later the internal cable breaks. Bring the machine in to talk with the owner about warranty. He says we have to buy a new machine with a bigger cable, then ignores us. Very rude and disrespectful, he continues to just look down and don’t say anything else. Save yourself the time and headache. Plenty of other places around, went to LA nail supply and they discounted a new machine for me.
Rude and impolite
Piss poor customer service and they actually don’t like you unless you’re Vietnamese, and THEY WILL NEVER SAY “Thank You” when you’re done purchasing, will NEVER RETURN EVER.
