Sunshine Bath LLC (a.k.a Bathfitter) installed an overlay tub and surround in my old bathroom. They did a good job, although the fixtures (shower head, etc) were not what we ordered, they work and look fine. The wall panel is one-piece, no corner grout lines, which is an advantage. Cost was \$\$\$ ~3000, but the worth it to me; there was no damage, leak or mold issues, I just did not want to deal with tile grout anymore.
