As others have commented, they don’t stand behind their product. Following Milton I noticed the knee wall pulled away from the birdcage. The screw hole were apparently too big for the screws. The screws then were shredding the screen. I called in Nov and Cody came out a month later. He wanted to give me a quote to repair. I explained I felt this is a workmanship issue. They don't stand up for their product. It was supposed to be guaranteed for leaks. It leaks. We called for an appointment a month and a half ago. They called and canceled the 2 hours before they were to arrive. Their sales pitch sounds like a strike, the follow up,a wild pitch.
We had Sunshine Awnings put a cover on our screen room. After the installation, we submitted a "punch list" of some issues. Mr. ******* responded and come out to see the issues. They quickly responded and corrected all the issues. We highly recommend Sunshine Awnings as our installation is wonderful and leak free.
I had my Lanai cover recovered covered by Sunshine Awnings of Leesburg because it was leaking. They recovered it using the old metal frame and a new material in 3 sections at a cost of $5805 Immediately after the installation it leaked at the seam between the 2 larger sections not between the 2 other sections. I called them up and they said it is supposed to leak!! They finally sent someone out to fix it and they caulked one area of the seam near the bottom and it has continued to leak above that along the seam. I called the... read more

You called last week and spoke with the owner on Thursday 4/15/21 and he told you that we would send someone out there on Monday 4/19/21, as we did. You and the manager that went out on Monday both agreed for him to give you a call and go back to your house the next time it was raining to see exactly where the leak was. We purchased a cover for our lanai and it leaks like a sieve. We complained and they sent out a inexperienced young man who didn't have a clue and it still leaks. Would not recommend this company period

I had Sunshine Awnings (same company as Q**************************) do two covers for my Birdcage. I had looked for reviews on T******************* and online, and they appeared to be good. However, I had a lot of trouble with them and had to have them come out twice to fix the covers. The part of the cover that is Manufactured did come out perfect.
