⭐ 1/5 I had a very disappointing experience at Auto Line Trust dealing with Abo Hani. The customer service was unprofessional and far from helpful. Instead of assisting me properly, I felt rushed, ignored, and treated with little respect. Communication was poor, and my concerns were not taken seriously at all. When someone is looking for car service or sales, trust and good service are the most important things — unfortunately, I did not experience either here. Kind of rude and scammer, my vehicle passed the safety like one and half month ago but when I went to his shop he told come at 5pm I came for my vehicle he didn't do the safety and waited 1 more hour and then he started the inspection he did like somework and then after somework he told it will not pass the safety and give me $80 bucks for the check, $80 bucks I paid for free.

Had my new car safety from them last month. I’m getting lots of issues just after the day of safety the low beam lights were gone, Next week Traction light, ABS warning light and Engine light that never got resolved at all . Paid really big service bill for the safety and brake replacement. Doesn’t really worth it . I was there for lights and waited around 4 hrs to get 15 minutes work done ..
