My mom moved into Sunshine AL a bit over a year ago. It was one of the hardest things to do, but she has truly thrived there. She is always well taken care of and happy at all times. It has been very difficult during this pandemic and not being able to do anything but window visits, but she looks wonderful and is always smiling when we see her. The staff are affectionate and we are thrilled we found such a wonderful home.
My mother lived there for 4 years. She was bedridden and had Dementia. It was good for her because the staff took care of her. However, I would not advise moving into this facility to anyone who would like any activities whatsoever!. There was a wonderful staff member there, but since then they have not gotten an experienced and concerned care giver! Things have never been the same since!
My 94 old Mother moved into Sunshine Assisted Living Facility about 6 weeks ago. Having to make this move during a pandemic was truly difficult. My family had looked around at other places, but we knew we had found the BEST place for Mom when we found Sunshine Assisted Living! This is a wonderful home and Mom is extremely happy there!
