Always taken good care of my 4 dogs throughout the years. Trust is important.
My experience is very good I’m happy with the service and atencion
They USED to be great and Dr. Twilla still is. However, they are now corporate owned and are miserable to deal with. They used to allow Chewy to call in when time to order our dogs’ food and they will no longer do that. We have to either buy it from them or their “online” store which is more expensive and not as easy to navigate. They will write a Rx for the food for me to send in, but I have to physically go there to get it. They will NOT email or text a picture. They will snail mail but for $12!!! I had a great experience at Sunshine Animal Hospital. It was very easy to make an appointment, and they were quick when I arrived for my appointment. Dr.Twilla is great as well as all the staff. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure my dog was comfortable throughout the visit. I truly appreciate their care and attention. Highly recommend!
