I’ve been going to the Fremont office for several years now, and Dr. T’raccea Terrell has become one of my favorite doctors. I see multiple doctors each month, but she truly stands out. She is compassionate, highly knowledgeable, and always takes the time to really listen to my concerns. I have been receiving care for my pain management from Dr. Terrell for several years. She is extremely thorough and explores all avenues of treatment to help relieve my pain. This is a doctor that shows how happy she is when you make progress. She is pleasant to be around and has a great sense of humor. I am very comfortable with her and isn’t that wonderful to find a doctor with these special qualities. That’s why I keep returning to her. The staff are always nice and pleasant too!
Had to call and resend my urgent referral three times before they tried to schedule a visit with me. Took 3 weeks for them to tell me their next appointment is in 6 weeks. Ridiculous and obviously don’t care about patients.
Never answers phone , cannot set an appointment.. 2 months away..
