Had to call and resend my urgent referral three times before they tried to schedule a visit with me. Took 3 weeks for them to tell me their next appointment is in 6 weeks. Ridiculous and obviously don’t care about patients.
Never answers phone , cannot set an appointment.. 2 months away..
Questionable. Save yourself the time and get treated somewhere else if you can.
They used to be 5 star pain management group but when Boomerang bought them out they changed their “philosophy” and treated us coldly and harshly. Very disappointing experience. Ugh.
