I have been going to this office for four years. Dr. Kim is great but his office staff is inefficient, rude, incompetent, and do not adhere to HIPAA and state medical laws. I asked for a copy of my skin allergy tests or to at least view them and was told they don’t have access to these anymore. I asked if they had a back up paper record and again was told no.
