Firstly I was greatful to be added to a wait list as I requested in December. I was quoted $175 per hour. When technician came out I asked him to check the panel on my ducted air con as I was concerned about the airflow not coming out in the kitchen and asked him to check the zones and then asked him to help label them as he couldn’t find a fault and I knew I was paying for an hour.
