Javid came to our apartment complex to fix a major toilet issue in our master bath. After many attempts from our maitanance team it was obvious we needed a professional as it was so loose it become a fall risk for me as I am disabled. Javid was just amazing. He was quick, efficient, kind and very good at repairing others mistakes. He went out of his way to make sure everything was put in through my complex to get approval for it to be fixed asap.
