I’ve been going to sunshine for a couple of months now and have been taking the pole fitness class with Julia and it has been incredible! Julia is super personable and celebrates every milestone (even small) with you! she makes you feel so amazing about even making the smallest changes and has helped me grow so much stronger! Highly recommend this studio and especially any class with Julia!
I joined Sunshine Ariel Fitness in January 2024, This studio exceeded my expectations, A friendly atmosphere where everyone is supportive and welcoming of newcomers and their fitness journey. Not only have a increased my fitness level, but my ability to become more in-tuned with my physical being. I’m so grateful for joining this studio, If you’ve ever been interested in ariel fitness, this is the studio for you. If I could rate 100 / 5 stars I would! Thank you Steph for your hard work!
Stephanie, and all the staff are amazing women! They have created such a fun positive environment to learn. I have been to my second hoop class and already feel an improvement from the first. I am not a gym person, so it’s great to have something different to try
