This place is a complete scam I wouldn’t be surprised if they just scammed me out of my SSN… I was hired, did the onboarding, the training required to start and then got ghosted. Absolutely do NOT hire them. They ignore phone calls, hire people with absolutely no knowledge or training, they genuinely have no care for their clients whatsoever. My poor niece needed help but they charge insane prices for NO help. DO NOT GO WITH THEM. THEY DO NOT CARE FOR YOU. YOU ARE ONLY PAYCHECK TO THEM
This place is a scam a friend of mines accepted employment form them while she was training she was to go to peoples home for to hours for kids with disabilities as directed as per sunshine advantage upper management with just a few hours of training. Employeed by company about six months. Acknowledging the incompetence and lack of professionalism by coordinator, Anahi Aguilar Espinoza, was unimaginable. No response to either emails nor phone calls. Company offers NO benefits, raises, nor support; of any kind. Lack of concern for both employees and clients is repulsive.
