1st time going to this massage place because I am disappointed with the previous one. This place didn't disappoint me and I am hoping that the services will be consistent in the future. Linda was my masseur and she's really good and knows what she's doing. She knew my posture issue by looking at me when I came in the shop. She taught me some simple stretches I should to to improve my body. The room/cubicle needs a little improvement. Thanks Linda hoping to see you soon.
I wanted to get a neck and a shoulder massage 45 AUD for 30 minutes. I asked someone with a strong hand as I am a decent size bloke. Somehow when I went in to get the massage they wanted to charge me an extra 5 AUD. The reasoning was, because I asked someone with the strong hands. One of the ladies were extremely condescending with limited English.( I guess she was some kind of manager)
This is the second time this place has left me disappointed, this has been a result of unprofessional therapist that are not trained and don’t know what they are doing. Today I was not only treated unprofessionally, I was laughed at when telling her to stop she continued to speak in her language and laugh with others workers when I was getting emotional and worked up as she wasn’t understanding me.
