This is my number one place. I don't understand the bad reviews and maybe it's been mixed up with another place. I have complained in the past and another therapist fixed the problem. If they're hurting you need to stop and say something or get up and say no. But I've only had to do that at other places, never here. They are hygienic and have a washer and dryer out the back of their store. If you have an unsatisfactory massage, please say something because I believe they will act on it immediately.
