This is one of the best Ace Hardware stores in the country!!! Everyone from their Sales Associate (ours was Paul) to the Checkout Associate (ours was Cindy) to the Delivery Set Up Associates (ours were Brian and Eric) were 10 star worthy. You won’t go wrong being their customer!!
Two weeks ago, I brought my own key blank to them and asked them to cut it. The employee obliged didn’t even charge me saying I don’t think it’s gonna work unfortunately it did not so I purchased two of the correct key blank. Took them back up there today tried to have them cut the key again. They refused, saying they can’t cut it if they didn’t sell it to me. I asked if they had one that matched it and they didn’t. Larry Freese was super helpful on two different days helping me find a chain switch assembled ly for a ceiling fan and the showing me how to remove and reinstall wires. A real asset to your store!
