We booked weeks ago to have two different cars cleaned, costing $400+. We showed up as so call appointment today the other car tomorrow. Got in just before 9:00 am and was told no you have no appointment. Like what, we booked weeks ago. Talking back and forth he started getting a little upset. Oh I couldn't take you in anyways. Two people waiting and saying well I am the only person in today I have to much in my hands. Really put me out. Next year I will go somewhere else. Bad communication. Beware
The subscription is really great idea. It’s really worth it if you can make it there 3 times each month! But can go once daily & use the vacuums. Definitely recommend to anyone
Unfortunately I have tried to use this pet wash station twice now and it was so filthy, smelly and plugged up with so much dog hair it made me very concerned about what my dog could potentially catch in that environment.
