I really enjoy their new setup. Customer service is a 5, wash quality is a 4, free extras like vacuums and towels is a 5+. I highly recommend especially if your in orillia.
I Love a clean car!
I inserted a $2 coin into the machine, but it got stuck. I then moved to a different location and informed one of the staff members about the issue. After a while, he came back and gave me two tokens. I told him that I wanted my $2 back, but he claimed there was no money in the machine, which is not true. I asked him, "If there was no money, then why did you give me two tokens?" He didn’t respond. . the place clean.
