Shannon is a super star all the way. I do believe this is the best and most thorough facial I've ever had. My face feels super hydrated, as well as my neck. She's very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner to boot. I'll definitely book again!

One year update: I have been seeing Shannon every two to 3 weeks for a little over a year now for massages and facials. My experience with Shannon was wonderful! To say the least. Shannon really took her time to get to know my skin showing she really cared to help improve any imperfections I thought I had. I got the timeless facial and cannot recommend it enough it left me feeling at peace from the calm ambiance and stress reliving upper body massage.
