The shades are beautiful but it can take weeks to have them schedule a service tech to come out and look at broken shades, even when following up regularly. Not ideal when you have 16 individual shades on property to maintain. Other companies won't generally send service techs unless its for their own shades due to each shade having different branded parts and motors that are not the same across companies. So whoever you call to install is generally who you are left to rely on for service.
The team at Sunshades are informative and prompt. They installed a remote controlled awning with led lights that is perfect for Florida summers. Highly recommend.

Price was very good and in appointment to install was completed within 3 weeks (had to order). A friend recommend Sunshades to us as we were considering adding a retractable screen enclosure system to our back porch. We love outdoor dining but with all the mosquitoes at dusk in FL we could not sit outside. We had Aaron come out and give us an estimate - within a couple of weeks it was installed and we absolutely love it.
