We love our new Shadesails which were installed by Ben. His customer service was exceptional. We were on a very tight time frame and needed the work done by a certain date which all other companies told us was not possible but Ben came through for us and had it done on time as promised very efficiently and we couldn’t be happier with the finished product I recommend him highly and we will be using him for any future shadesails needed. So will our friends.

We were referred to Jeremy to construct a waterproof shade sail over our parking bay for our new caravan. Jeremy was punctual and provided excellent advice for our tricky install. We are super happy with the finished product and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this business to anyone wanting a first rate shade sail.

Had a sail installed last month (November 2023). It was meant to provide cover over a driveway extension (which is being done in a few weeks) - for cars parked next to existing driveway. It doesn't. The seam also contorts in a few different directions. $5300 spent, almost half that quoted again to cover the area I wanted covered in the first place.
