The sales person "Ron the Awning Guy" as he calls himself came and measured our patio, place an order and gave him a deposit. We expected our awning from SunSetter within 3 weeks. When reaching out to Ron he never returns his calls and SunSetter Customer Service has not received our order. The worst part is SS policy is not to contact resellers of there product, very poor customer service. SS didn't even try to assist by taking our order, they suggest we dispute our credit card payment. When told i would and order from anoth... read more
