Horrible absolutely horrible
Adrian came to check out my broken fridge and inspect my other units. He called before to hand to confirm his time. He showed up and got to work right away. Found the problem in the broken unit and fixed it right away. He also cleared out all dust on my other 3 units. He was very professional, easy to talk to and explained everything that he needed to do to get unit up and running again. We had an ongoing plumbing issue which the gentleman at Sunset West was able to fix for us! He was awesome. He stuck around and made sure everything was done right the first time. He even found issues we weren't aware of, showed us and fixed those too. Will 100% be recommending them to our friends and family.
The best plumbing experience I have ever had! Called them twice and they provide timely and professional advice and service at the best prices I have ever seen. There is no better in the Okanagan!
