Disappointing experience. Finish on my new Laguna alum table came off when my husband used Dawn spray. First they claim it’s out of warranty period (it wasn’t), then they claim we used harsh chemicals. Won’t respond on whether Dawn is considered a harsh chemical or they think I’m a liar. Only option was to get a “paint kit” which was two small nailpolish bottles with no instructions, or buy a new table for 50% off (🤣🤣🤣🤣). Skip this brand - expensive and TERRIBLE customer service.
I don't know where to start.... we have just embarked on the journey to have Sunset West USA take ownership on the poor quality of their furnishings. To date, (2 weeks post delivery), we still have had no manager or rep come out to our property to inspect our items. As background, we worked with an interior designer to purchase nearly $50,000 of the Provence line of furnishings and custom upholstery through Sunset West.
